1999 - 2001 the founder and CEO of an Scandinavian company engaged a Luminosa top executive coach during a particulary challenging period in the development of his company. Being a newcomer in an established market, much was done to sabotage the business proposal of the challenger.

After years of battle to create a commercial platform in the market, the managing director was running out of energy. He wanted an external source of support, and engaged a Luminosa executive coach for this purpose. This lead to a new strategy for solving some of the key challenges the company was facing. Incorporating the Luminosa strategy for building strength in hostile environments, the managing director changed the course of events. The company began turning the loss of funds into a steady gain of strength and profitability.
